The announcement was made by the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic to the Russian Federation, Kazem Jalali.

Ambassador Jalali conveyed the purpose of President Raisi’s visit, stating, “Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi arrived in Moscow to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin.” The ambassador’s statement, posted on the X social network, highlighted the significance of the visit, especially in the context of rapidly evolving global events, emphasizing that the interaction between Tehran and Moscow plays a crucial role in shaping a new world order.

As reported by the Kremlin press service on Wednesday, discussions between Presidents Putin and Raisi will encompass various aspects of bilateral relations.
