The seventh Turkish Film Week was held in Almaty
Turkish actors met with their fans and movie lovers.
The 7th Turkish Film Week was held in Almaty, Kazakhstan. At the opening ceremony of the event, Turkish filmmakers and actors met the Kazakh audience.
Metin Gundogdu who ise one of the organizers of the event and the head of the «Local Thought» association «This year’s seventh edition of the Turkish Film Week made a wonderful start as cinema theaters are full!» said
At this year’s event, the films «Reputation», «Holy Fight», «Glad to have you Eren», «My Hero», «Truth» and «Guardians of Istanbul» were shown.
As part of the event, Turkish actors met the Kazakh audience.
«This event which is organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Turkey, I think this is a very important and it’s being held regularly every year. Every time we come, we feel how close we are to you, that we are brothers. The more we get to know you, the more we realize that we have many common values,» said actor Serdar Deniz.
