According to Li Guangfu, Chairperson of China Taoist Association, the representatives of traditional religions of China have always taken an active part in all the Congresses, and they intend to visit the upcoming one as well.

“The success of the Congress in promoting dialogue and exchange of views among various religious movements of the world, international security and social harmony is obvious. The VII Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions will soon kick off in Nur-Sultan. Amid the pandemic which has not yet been completely brought under control, the organization of such an event requires a lot of work and efforts on the part of the Kazakh government. I’m looking forward to the moment when, together with representatives of other religions, we will discuss and share the views held by each religion since the world has faced the coronavirus pandemic. I believe that together we can contribute to the peaceful and stable development of humankind,” said Li Guangfu.
