Kazakh Emergencies Ministry: Forest fires in Kostanai region under control

Wildfires in the Kostanai region was brought under control, Spokesperson for the Emergency Situations Ministry Talgat Uali reported. According to him, at present, there are two fire areas in the Baganaly and Lesnoye villages. The flame is still being extinguished there.

“Six fire-fighting helicopters, four fire trains, around 1,000 personnel and about 200 units of equipment are involved in the operation,” said Talgat Uali, Spokesperson for the Kazakh Ministry of Emergency Situations.
