Earthquake Strikes Mingachevir City in Azerbaijan, No Casualties Reported

Mingachevir, a city in Azerbaijan, experienced an earthquake.

According to the Republican Seismological Service Center reported that a magnitude 4.5 earthquake occurred yesterday at 19:49 local time in Mingachevir. Additionally, neighboring areas including Ganja, Yevlakh, and Goranboy felt an earthquake ranging from magnitude 4 to 3.

The earthquake’s epicenter was located at a depth of 15 kilometers beneath the surface.

Fortunately, there have been no reported casualties or significant damage resulting from the earthquake. Authorities are actively monitoring the situation and ensuring the safety of residents in the affected regions.
