There was a problem in accessing WhatsApp in the morning hours. Messages sent from groups did not arrive despite the ‘writing’ statement. The problem which started around 09.30 a.m. gradually improved as of 11.40 a.m.
According to ‘Downdetector’ data, complaints from WhatsApp users increased 100 times as of 09.30 in the morning.
there were issues in not only sending but receiving in group messages as well.
Regarding the issue with WhatsApp, META said, “We are aware that some users are currently having trouble sending messages and we are working to restore WhatsApp for everyone as quickly as possible.”
After the studies, the problem started to improve gradually from 11.40 onwards.
