Speaking at a meeting with leaders of prominent news agencies, Putin stated, “We are soon going to Astana. There will be the SCO and all sorts of other events there. I have an invitation. I, of course, will use it.”
The SCO summit is slated to convene in Astana on July 3-4, 2024, as announced by Akorda, the presidential residence of Kazakhstan. During the summit, heads of state from SCO member countries will gather to address a wide range of political, economic, cultural, and humanitarian issues of mutual interest and cooperation.
