According to London police, Beibit, born on December 30, 1986, was formally charged with murder on Tuesday, May 7, and subsequently appeared at Thames Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, May 8.
The arrest follows a distressing incident where police responded to a call at approximately 9 pm on Monday, reporting a 42-year-old man with apparent fatal stab wounds at an address in a London borough.
During the investigation, a baby and a 33-year-old woman were also apprehended at the scene on suspicion of murder. While Beibit has been charged with the offense, the 33-year-old woman has been released on bail pending further inquiries, as confirmed by London police.
According to sources from Kazinform, Beibit arrived in the UK from Kazakhstan in May 2023 on a seasonal work visa valid for six months. The case underscores the collaborative efforts between international law enforcement agencies in addressing serious crimes across borders.
