Kazakh Foreign Ministry Offers Condolences on Anniversary of Türkiye Earthquake
Turkic nations are honoring the memory of those affected by the devastating earthquake that struck Türkiye in 2023
Following the catastrophic earthquake that rocked southeastern Türkiye on February 6, 2023, during the 10th Summit of the Organization of Turkic States held in Astana on November 3, 2023, leaders of member states collectively declared February 6 as a Day of Remembrance and Solidarity for the victims of the tragedy.
Today on Februray 6, 2024, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, expressed condolences on anniversary of Türkiye earthquake.
“During this challenging time, Kazakhstan stood alongside Türkiye and fellow member states of the Organization of Turkic States, underscoring the resilience of Turkic solidarity,” the message from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan stated.
