Mi-8 helicopter makes hard landing in Kazakhstan
A helicopter belonging to the Kazaviaspas National Rescue Service made a hard landing in the West Kazakhstan region, Turanews.kz reports citing the Civil Aviation Committee (CAC) of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan .
“In the course of inspecting the main oil pipeline in the West Kazakhstan region, the helicopter “Kazaviaspas” had to make a landing due to an emergency situation. The specialists who went to the scene will determine the reason of the crash.” The official representative of the Ministry of Emergencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ruslan Imankulov said.
“The aircraft is insured, periodic maintenance took place in January 2023,” said Imakulov.
It was stated that currently, all rescue services of the Ministry of Emergencies of the country are working on together and focusing on the rescue works.
