Uzbekistan’s Emigration for Work: New Figures Revealed

Since the beginning of the year, the number of people who have left Uzbekistan to work abroad has become known. The UzA agency reports on this.

According to the Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Employment, on April 23rd, 11 medical workers were sent to work in Germany. They will work in clinics in this country and receive a monthly salary of 2,600 euros.

It should be noted that in the first quarter of this year, a total of 23,535 citizens went abroad for temporary work. 356 of them correspond to Germany. Today their number has increased to 11.
