Based on Passport Index data, Uzbekistan climbed two positions in the global ranking of the world’s most powerful passports, reaching 68th place, TuraNews.kz reports, citing UzA.
Countries that Uzbekistan passport holders can visit visa-free include Antigua and Barbuda, Armenia, Barbados, Belarus, UAE, Dominican Republic, Iran, Palestine, Philippines, Haiti, Gambia, Georgia, Kenya, Côte d’Ivoire, Malaysia, Micronesia, Mongolia, Moldova, Namibia, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Russia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Seychelles, Sri Lanka, Suriname, Thailand, Tajikistan, Türkiye, Ukraine, and Oman.
This ranking, compiled by the Canadian consulting company Arton Capital, covers 95 countries. In 2024, Uzbekistan held the 70th position. The index assesses the number of countries citizens can enter visa-free or obtain visas on arrival.
