Türkiye’s First Astronaut Alper Gezeravcı Returns Home After ISS Mission
Alper Gezeravcı, Türkiye's inaugural astronaut who successfully fulfilled his mission at the International Space Station, has now returned home.
The Minister of Industry and Technology of Türkiye, Mehmet Fatih Kacır, announced the return of Türkiye’s first astronaut, Alper Gezeravcı, to the country.
Mehmet Fatih Kacır, the Minister of Industry and Technology of Türkiye, posted a photo of Alper Gezeravcı on his social media page with the caption “Be proud, Türkiye! He’s back!”.
Recall that on February 10, the spacecraft “Dragon” with Alper Gezeravchi and three other astronauts landed near Florida, United States of America.
