Türkiye earthquake update: Death toll rises toto 17,674

According to latest AFAD’s data, the earthquake with a magnitude of 7.7 occurred at 04:17. The epicenter of the earthquake which was in the Pazarcik district of Kahramanmaras, took place 7 km below the ground. At 13.24, another 7.6 earthquake occurred and the epicenter of which was the Elbistan district of Kahramanmaras. on Thursday, February 9, at midnight, the death roll has risen to 17, 674 and 72,879 were injured.

The earthquake was felt in many cities, especially Malatya, Gaziantep Diyarbakır, Adıyaman. After the earthquake, teams continue to work intensively in the region.
