Tragedy Strikes as Mini-Truck Collides with Children in Kyrgyzstan, Leaving Seven in Critical Condition

In a devastating incident today, May 2, in the Suzak district of the Jalal-Abad region, a mini-truck carrying ice cream collided with 29 children at around 13:30 local time.

According to reports from the Ministry of Health to the Kabar agency, the young victims, aged between 9 and 16 years old, suffered injuries in the accident. As of now, seven of them have been admitted to the regional hospital, where they are receiving intensive care. The condition of three of these children is described as serious. Additionally, three children are under observation at the Suzak district hospital, while eight others are being treated at the central hospital. Their conditions are reported to be moderate.

Medical teams provided immediate assistance at the scene, treating 11 children before referring them for further outpatient care.

Minister of Health Alymkadyr Beishenaliev has personally intervened, taking control of the situation to ensure that the victims receive high-quality medical attention and necessary medications.
