In his message, President Tokayev highlighted the significant progress Armenia has made under Pashinyan’s leadership in state-building, improving the welfare of its citizens, and enhancing the country’s international standing.
The Kazakh leader reaffirmed Kazakhstan’s commitment to strengthening the friendly and cooperative relations between the two nations. Tokayev also wished Pashinyan success in his leadership and expressed hopes for continued prosperity and advancement for the people of Armenia.
