The area of the intersection of I. Karimov Street with Piridastgir and Alpomish streets in Bukhara is designated as a gastronomic street.
The press service of the Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Heritage of Republic of Uzbekistan stated that the construction process is constantly monitored by employees of the Bukhara Regional Department of Tourism and Cultural Heritage, the Khokim of Bukhara and the Center for the Restoration of Cultural Heritage.
The length of the gastronomic street will be 820 meters, and the number of operating service and retail outlets will be 36, of which 9 are public catering outlets. In particular, on December 13, the Bravo Leader restaurant began its work. The restaurant specializes in national and European cuisine and can accommodate up to 200 people. As a result of the launch of the project, 50 new jobs were created. Another uniqueness of the restaurant is that practical work has also begun on obtaining a Halal certificate.
