The flags were lowered to half-mast at the Turkic Academy due to the mourning in Kyrgyzstan

The flags lowered to half-mast as a sign of mourning at the International Turkic Academy for those who lost their lives in the conflicts at borders between Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.

The Day of national mourning was declared today in the Kyrgyz Republic by the Decree of the President Sadyr Zhaparov

According to the Decreeon the Day of national mourning on the whole territory of the country, as well as in diplomatic and consular offices abroad, the state flag of the Kyrgyz Republic will be lowered to half-mast.

In this regard, the flags of the member states and observers of the International Turkic Academy lowered at half.
