The Association of Kazakhs of Kyrgyzstan is celebrating its 30th anniversary

In Bishkek, the Kyrgyz-Kazakh cultural center named after Abay Kunanbayuly held a round table meeting on the topic “Kazakhstan-Kyrgyzstan: 30 years of friendship and cooperation” dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the public association “Kyrgyzstan Kazakh Association”, reports Kazinform.

The event was attended by the Deputy Minister of Culture of the Kyrgyz Republic Samat Shatmanov, famous writer and the first Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Kyrgyzstan Mukhtar Shakhanov, Chairman of the People’s Assembly of the Kyrgyz Republic Abdygany Erkebaev, President of the “Otandastar Khori” KJSC ​​Abzal Saparbekuly, state and public figure Sailau Batyrshaul , Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Kyrgyz Republic Rapil Joshybaev, vice-rector of the Kyrgyz Diplomatic Academy Zaynidin Kurmanov, project coordinator of the “Compatriots’ Fund”, doctor of historical sciences Kalybek Kobylandin, chairperson of the public association “Kyrgyzstan Kazakh Association” Gulshat Asylbaeva, as well as political, scientific and social-business other representatives of the groups, Kazakh diplomats and representatives of the Kazakh diaspora in Kyrgyzstan took part.

During the round table, the participants discussed the contribution of historical figures, representatives of national intellectuals to the development of culture and science of both countries.
