With this move, Shevchenko will immediately assume the position of Kazakhstan’s second-ranked player in men’s singles, following Alexander Bublik, who currently holds the 27th rank. Throughout his professional career, Shevchenko has secured victories in three Challenger tournaments and reached the final of one ATP event.
