I am confident that the Kazakh-Azerbaijani strategic partnership and alliance will continue to strengthen for the benefit of the prosperity of our close peoples,” the telegram stated.
President Tokayev also wished Ilham Aliyev continued success as a national leader and extended his hopes for peace, prosperity, and progress to the brotherly Azerbaijani people.
