According to the press service of Akorda, Tokayev emphasized the strong and friendly ties between Kazakhstan and Russia.
“I note with satisfaction the high level of friendship and good-neighborly relations between our countries, which fully reflects the spirit of strategic partnership and alliance,” the message read.
President Tokayev also extended his best wishes to President Putin, expressing hope for continued success in his duties for the well-being and prosperity of the Russian nation.
