Over the course of the last year, kumis production saw a notable increase of 10.6%, reaching 2,463 tons. This marks a rise of 236 tons compared to the figures from 2022.
“However, the production of shubat witnessed a decrease of 2%, totaling 3,003 tons, which is 61 tons less than the previous year,” stated the agency.
