Kostanay Road Workers Extend Aid to Turkish Citizens in Highway Mishap

Road workers from the Kostanay region came to the aid of Turkish citizens in need, TuraNews.kz reports citing the press service of KazAvtoZhol.
At the 210th kilometer mark of the Kostanay-Auliekol-Surgan highway, a truck veered off the road and onto the shoulder. Prompt response came from the Kostanay branch of JSC NC KazAvtoZhol, whose employees swiftly arrived at the scene to assist the driver and passengers. They were subsequently transported to the nearest hotel. Notably, the occupants of the vehicle were Turkish citizens.
It was confirmed that there were no traffic restrictions in the area, and the road surface was deemed to be in standard condition. The incident was attributed to a combination of exceeding the speed limit and a malfunction in the vehicle’s braking system.
