Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan Hold Consular Consultations in Tashkent

During the consultations, the participants engaged in extensive discussions regarding the current status and future outlook of bilateral cooperation in consular and migration affairs.

On April 16, consular consultations between the foreign ministries of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan took place at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan. Led by Deputy Director Azamat Aubekov from Kazakhstan and Deputy Head Vakhit Tursunov from Uzbekistan, the discussions focused on the current status and future prospects of bilateral cooperation in consular and migration affairs.

The dialogue delved into various aspects, including the protection of rights and interests of individuals and legal entities, citizenship matters, and conditions for mutual travel between citizens of both countries. Both sides expressed a keen interest in sustaining cooperation between relevant institutions moving forward.
