“This contest was widely advertised on the Internet. Therefore, there were many participants like about 4,000 participants from 109 countries. It is very large-scale, despite the fact that it was held for the first time. The contest lasted for a year. First tour was a regional tour, the second was the national tour, the third was held around the world and the fourth was held with the orchestra.

The final was held in the city of Vienna in the great Konzerthaus. It was a great honor for me to perform in such a great hall,” said Ruslan Talas, a winner of the 2022 WorldVision Music Contest.

Ruslan studied with the most famous violin teachers in the world. Now, he is studying for a master’s degree at the Lausanne School of Music in Switzerland. According to the performer, his father Musakhan Turyntaev has awakened his love for the violin since childhood:

“He has supported since I was a child”

“My father is a violinist himself too. He worked with me every day. Later on, I began my studies at the Kazakh National Academy of Music. I am very grateful to this academy, I studied here for five years. Further, from the age of 12, I studied in Moscow at the Central Music School. Most recently, I graduated from the Moscow Conservatory in Graf Murga class. This is a very famous violinist, who often comes to perform in Kazakhstan,” shared Ruslan Talas.
