Over these years, Kyrgyzstan has commendably journeyed from formation to sustainable development, strengthened its statehood, preserved its rich spiritual heritage, and established itself as an authoritative state on the international stage. A striking testament to this is the election of the Kyrgyz Republic as a non-permanent member of the United Nations Security Council for 2027–2028,” the telegram states.
The congratulation emphasizes that Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan are bound by truly fraternal relations rooted in centuries-old traditions of friendship and good-neighborliness. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev expressed confidence in the further dynamic strengthening of the strategic partnership and alliance for the benefit of both nations.
President Tokayev wished Sadyr Japarov continued success in his responsible state activities, and expressed wishes for prosperity and well-being to the brotherly Kyrgyz people.
