Introduction of New Turkish Military Attaché at Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Defense

Deputy Minister of Defense Lieutenant General Sultan Kamaletdinov met with representatives from the Turkish Embassy in Kazakhstan. The gathering was organized to mark the completion of Colonel Fatih Pal’s mission as the military attaché of the Turkish Republic in Kazakhstan, TuraNews.kz reports.

During the event, the outcomes of military cooperation activities were discussed, and the new military attaché, Lieutenant Colonel Shener Kimenche, who assumed the role in November 2023, was formally introduced to the Kazakh side.

Lieutenant General Sultan Kamaletdinov expressed gratitude to Colonel Fatih Pal for his efforts in advancing bilateral ties in various areas of mutual interest. Additionally, he extended well wishes to the newly appointed military attaché, Lieutenant Colonel Shener Kimenche, expressing confidence in his successful tenure in the new role.
