
Today, an informal summit of the leaders of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) will take place in Turkestan. The main topic of the agenda will be artificial intelligence and digital development, reports the agency’s correspondent.
President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has already arrived in Turkestan to participate in the informal summit.
The event is expected to be attended by the leaders of all OTS member states, including Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Ilham Aliyev, Sadyr Japarov, and Shavkat Mirziyoyev. Additionally, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, heads of Turkic cooperation organizations have been invited, including TURKSOY, TurkPA, the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, the Turkic Academy, and the Turkic Investment Fund.
The OTS is an international organization established to deepen cooperation among Turkic-speaking countries in political, economic, cultural, and humanitarian spheres. The goal of the OTS is to promote comprehensive cooperation among Turkic states, create conditions for the development of mutually beneficial relations, unlock the potential of shared development, and strengthen solidarity among member states.
