Heroic Turk saves children from burning building in Kazakhstan

A Turkish citizen working in Almaty, Kazakhstan, saved three children from a fire in a residential complex on Tuesday Turanews.kz reports.

Sukur Gunay, a 35-year-old electrician from the city of Sivas, was working at a construction site near the complex when he saw the fire start. He rushed to the scene and saw a woman and three children trapped on the 16th floor.

The fire was spreading quickly, and the woman and children were suffocating. Gunay knew that the crane would not reach them, so he grabbed a ladder and climbed to the 16th floor.

The ladder was not very stable, but Gunay managed to climb up and reach the woman and children. He helped them down the ladder to safety, and the fire department extinguished the fire shortly thereafter.

The woman and children were unharmed, and they thanked Gunay for saving their lives. Gunay said that he was just glad that he could help, and that he would do it again for anyone.

“I was not afraid, because the children are small,” Gunay said. “Whoever it is, it makes no difference, I would definitely help. I myself have two daughters.”

Gunay’s heroic actions have been praised by many people, and he has been hailed as a hero. He is an inspiration to us all, and his story shows that even the smallest act of kindness can make a big difference.
