Explosion Rocks Film Studio in Baku
An explosion occurred at a film studio in Azerbaijan’s capital, prompting a swift response from emergency services.
The incident took place at the pyrotechnics storage facility of the Jafar Jabbarly film studio, located in Baku’s Yasamal district, according to Trend news agency. Police and fire brigades quickly arrived at the scene.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan reported that safety measures are currently being implemented. Preliminary information suggests that no civilians were injured. Authorities have cordoned off the area and extinguished the resulting fire.
The cause of the explosion is still under investigation.
