Tajikistan’s President, Emomali Rahmon, has embarked on an official visit to Moscow, TuraNews.kz report citing the Tajik leader’s press service,
The press service indicated that President Rahmon, accompanied by high-ranking officials, including the Minister of Foreign Affairs, heads of various ministries such as Defense, Internal Affairs, Energy, Economic Development, Industry and New Technologies, Transport, Labor, Education, Agriculture, and the head of the National Academy of Sciences, has left for the Russian Federation.
This visit follows an announcement by the Kremlin press service stating that Russian President Vladimir Putin is scheduled to meet with President Rahmon on November 21. The agenda for their meeting includes discussions on matters pertaining to bilateral strategic partnership, as well as regional and international issues.
