Coolio, ‘Gangsta’s Paradise’ Rapper, Dies at 59
American rapper Artis Leon Ivey Jr., known under Coolio stage name, has passed away at the age of 59.
His longtime manager, Jarez Posey, confirmed his death.
Posey, told US media that the singer went to the bathroom at a friend’s house and was later found lying motionless on the floor.
The medical teams, who came to the scene at 16:00, they determined that Coolio died at the scene.
Presumed to have sudden heart failure
The reasond behid detah of artist is still unknow. However, in a statement to TMZ, Posey stated that the paramedics who performed the first responders thought that he had sudden heart failure, while it was noted that there were no drugs in Coolio’s place.
Coolio started his music career in the 1980s but He earned his unshakable place in the hip hop history with the song Gangsta’s Paradise, released in 1995.
