Azerbaijani President’s First Foreign Visit After Re-Election: Official Visit to Türkiye
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has arrived in Türkiye for an official visit at the invitation of his Turkish counterpart, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, as announced by the Communications Department of the Turkish Presidential Administration.
This visit marks President Aliyev’s first foreign visit at the bilateral level following his re-election as head of state in the early elections held on February 7. Scheduled for February 18-19, the visit is poised to cover discussions on various aspects of bilateral relations and strategies for further enhancing cooperation.
The agenda for the forthcoming negotiations includes comprehensive talks on regional and global affairs of mutual interest.
