Astana Police Detain Human Trafficking Suspect
A 42-year-old Uzbekistan citizen, wanted for over a decade for human trafficking, was apprehended by Astana police.
The arrest was part of the “Boget” operation, with the suspect placed on the international wanted list by the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Tashkent region.
The individual is currently held in a temporary detention center as extradition procedures are underway.
