Aktau – 2025 Cultural Capital of the Turkic World: Mayor of Mangistau Meets TURKSOY General Secretary

During the meeting, Nurlan Nogayev, the head of the region, along with Akim of Aktau, Ulykbek Tnaliev, presented the preliminary plan of activities for 2025. The envisioned events aim to bring together member countries of TURKSOY on the picturesque shores of the Caspian Sea to foster friendship, cooperation, and cultural exchange.

Ulykbek Tnaliev expressed enthusiasm about the upcoming cultural extravaganza, highlighting plans for a diverse array of activities including concerts, exhibitions, festivals, and sports competitions. The goal is to showcase the rich cultural heritage of Turkic-speaking nations and foster greater camaraderie among peoples.
