A Segment of Syganak Street in Astana to Close for Seven Months

Starting from April and lasting until November 2024, a portion of Syganak Street in Astana will undergo partial closure, affecting traffic flow in the city.

CTS, the coordinating company for transportation services, disclosed that as part of the Light Rail Transit (LRT) project, in coordination with the Astana City Police Department, traffic arrangements along Syganak Street will be temporarily modified.

“From April 24 to November 30, the segment of Syganak Street spanning from Akmeshit Street to Turkestan Street will experience complete traffic restriction. This measure is imperative to facilitate construction work for the 112th LRT station, integrating it with the Abu Dhabi Plaza Business Center,” stated the announcement.

During this period, traffic diversions will be in place, allowing through traffic along Akmeshit Street and Turkestan Street, ensuring minimal disruption to commuters and residents navigating through the area.
