80% of all public services will be transffered to smartphones until end of the year in Kazakhstan

Rostislav Konyashkin, Chairman of the Board, National Information Technologies JSC presented the results of work done on public services smartphoneization during the press conference held at the Central Communications Service.

Chairman of the Board of National Information Technologies JSC Rostislav Konyashkin announced the interim results of smartphoneization of public services at a briefing in the Central Communications Service. He stated that by the end of the year, 80% of all public services will be available in the eGov mobile application.

In the brefing it was stated that by 2025 100% of public services will be available in the eGov Mobile application and by the end of this year, it is planned to transfer up to 80% of all public services to smartphones. This year, over 11 million public services were delivered via the eGov Mobile app.

“Nearly 1.2 million government services are rendered every month through the mobile application and in 2022, more than 11 million government services were provided through eGov mobile. The eGov Mobile app contains 641 public services, of which 167 services are from the eGov.kz portal and 474 services for individuals are from the e-License portal. Monthly, Kazakhstani citizens receive 1.2 million public services through the app.” said R. Konyashkin at a press conference held at the Central Communications Service.

It was stated that the Digital Documents service in the eGov mobile app contains 20 documents (national ID, passport of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, driving license, vaccination passport, PCR test and birth certificate, etc.). Since launch, the Digital Documents service has been used more than 12 million times.
