5 miners died in the mine accident in Karaganda region

The list of miners who've lost their lives in the Lenin mine was published.

Tonight, an accident happened in the mine named after Lenin in the city of Shakhtinsk of Karaganda region. According to the latest information given, unfortunately, 5 miners died have lost their lives in the accident.

On November 3, at 3:03 a.m., an accident occurred at the mine named after Lenin of the Coal Department of Arcelor Mittal Temirtau JSC.

“At the time of the incident, there were 106 workers in the mine, 101 of them managed to climb to the surface. 5 people (workers of the column section) remained for the work of the lifting nets,” said the administration of Karanganda region.

According to the first official data, the governer of Karganada region stated that the bodies of 4 employees of the mine were found. Later it became known that the body of the fifth miner was found at 09:09 a.m. during emergency rescue operations.

Governorship of Karaganda region published the list of those have lost their lives in the mine accident:

1. Dmitriy Igorevich Boichenko, born in 1991, an underground drilling rig operator. Work experience – 8 years. The deceased is survived by his mother.

2. Andrey Pavlovich Sanzharov, born in 1980, an underground drilling rig operator. Work experience – 21 years. The deceased is survived by his parents and two children.

3. Denis Anatolyevich Inkin, born in 1984, an underground drilling rig operator. The deceased is survived by his father, wife, daughter and one dependent.

4. Kashkei Arman Kadyrzhanuly, born in 1993, driver of an underground drilling rig. Work experience – 8 years. The deceased is survived by his parents.

5. Yntybekov Margulan Serikuly, born in 1996, assistant driver of a drilling rig. Work experience – two months. The deceased is survived by his father.
