Kaspi.kz has received approval from the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency of Türkiye (BDDK) for the acquisition of Rabobank A.Ş. The closing of the transaction is expected in July 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.

Earlier, Kaspi.kz signed a share purchase agreement with the Rabobank Group to acquire Rabobank’s Turkish subsidiary, Rabobank A.Ş. Rabobank A.Ş. is a licensed bank in Türkiye with no current borrowing clients, depositors, or branch network.
