Kazakhstan Moves All Construction-Related Public Services Online
Kazakhstan has completed the full digitalization of public services in the construction sector, making all 54 government services available online for citizens and businesses.
According to the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of Kazakhstan, 96% of all construction-related services were delivered electronically in 2025, reflecting a high level of digital maturity in the sector.
The most frequently requested services include address assignment for new facilities, permits for design work, approval of architectural sketches and the processing of building demolition or disposal procedures.
Minister Zhaslan Madiyev stated that the transition to a fully digital system significantly simplifies access to services for both citizens and businesses.
The government also plans to introduce electronic contracts, automated document verification, digital completion certificates and monitoring systems through API integration. In addition, the wider use of BIM technologies is expected to increase transparency, shorten service delivery times and improve sector efficiency by up to 46%.
