President Tokayev Holds Meeting with US Ambassador to Discuss Bilateral Relations

Kazakhstan’s President, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, recently met with the US Ambassador to Kazakhstan, Daniel Rosenblum, to address various aspects of the ongoing relationship between the two nations, TuraNews.kz reports.

The discussions encompassed the development of bilateral ties between Kazakhstan and the United States, with a focus on current global and regional security issues. President Tokayev emphasized the broad scope of Kazakh-American cooperation, spanning areas such as security, sustainable development, climate initiatives, and humanitarian connections.

President Tokayev identified economic collaboration as a key driver of bilateral relations, underlining the importance of enhancing trade, economic, and investment cooperation. He specifically highlighted the necessity to expand these collaborations within the framework of the Council to attract investments.

During the meeting, the participants delved into the possibilities of broadening contacts in several key areas, including trade, transport, logistics, green energy, ecology, and mining. The discussions reflect the shared commitment to strengthening ties and exploring new avenues for collaboration between Kazakhstan and the United States.
