Death toll from February 6 earthquakes in southeast Türkiye reaches 50,500

The death toll from the February 6 earthquake in southeastern Türkiye has reached 50,500, Turanews.kz reports citing Anadolu Agency.

the Minister of Internal Affairs of Türkiye Suleyman Soylu hold a press- breifing today.

“The rubble of 40,969 out of 57,029 buildings was dismantled. A payment plan was drawn up for the families of the victims. 50,500 of our citizens have lost their lives, ” The minister Soylu said.
