This was revealed by U.S. President’s special representative Steve Witkoff during a Fox News broadcast.
“Zelensky sent a letter to the president. He apologized for what happened in the Oval Office,” Witkoff stated.
Earlier, an open disagreement between Zelensky and Trump led to the Ukrainian leader leaving the meeting. Later, he officially apologized, and Trump appreciated the gesture.
Currently, Zelensky is in Saudi Arabia.
