Zaynutdinov’s Future at Beşiktaş Remains Uncertain
The situation surrounding Kazakh footballer Bakhtiyor Zaynutdinov, who plays for Turkish club Beşiktaş, remains unclear.
According to the local media, the club’s new head coach Giovanni van Bronckhorst has not included the 26-year-old player in either the starting lineup or the reserve squad.
Zaynutdinov, who declined to leave the team during the summer transfer window, was not called up for the training camp in Slovenia and did not participate in friendly matches in Istanbul. Additionally, the defender has not been included in the squad for official games.
Zaynutdinov’s contract with Beşiktaş is valid until 2027, and despite the current situation, the player, who is not considered a foreigner due to the “blue card” rule, has expressed his desire to stay with the club, having rejected offers from Russian teams.
