Young representatives from Turkic countries came together in Ankara for a large-scale youth meeting aimed at strengthening unity and shared cultural values. Around 500 participants attended the event, which highlighted the idea that the youth of the Turkic world represent the intellectual capital of the future, according to 24.kz.
The meeting was hosted at the Presidential National Library, where young people from Kazakhstan, Türkiye, Uzbekistan and other Turkic states showcased their common heritage through music, dance and cultural performances. Government officials attending the event emphasized the importance of humanitarian cooperation and youth-driven integration among Turkic nations.
Ramazan Izol, Chairman of the Turkic World Youth Foundation, said the organization was established to foster solidarity and brotherhood among young people:
“If we succeed in building unity today, the Turkic world will be stronger tomorrow. Today’s youth are the future leaders who will shape state policies,” he stated.
The program featured a blend of traditional melodies, national dances and modern performances, reflecting the deep historical roots and cultural closeness of Turkic peoples. Renowned Nogai artist Arslanbek Sultanbekov also performed, announcing plans to include the Kazakh epic song “Sügir” in his repertoire.
Participants stressed that such gatherings play a vital role in enhancing mutual understanding and cooperation among Turkic youth. Experts believe the Ankara meeting represents an important step toward strengthening people-to-people ties and supporting long-term regional stability and development.
