Young Kazakh Tennis Player Tops Asian Tennis Federation Ranking
In the latest ranking update from the Asian Tennis Federation (ATF), Zangar Nurlanuly from Kazakhstan has secured the top spot among boys under 16.
The 15-year-old Kazakhstani achieved 2610 points.
In May, during the qualifying stage of the Asia/Oceania Juniors Davis Cup zone as part of the Kazakhstan national team, Zangar played six singles matches and won all of them without dropping a single set.
Nurlanuly currently holds four ITF Junior titles: three in singles and one in doubles.
