Team Kazakhstan has captured its second gold medal at the World Youth Taekwondo Championships taking place in Nairobi, Kenya, the National Olympic Committee reported.
With two golds and one bronze, Kazakhstan moved up to third place in the overall standings, trailing only Türkiye and Iran.
The nation’s first gold came from Beibarys Kablan in the +87 kg division, while Batyrkhan Toleugali secured the second gold in the under-87 kg category.
