The largest number of men in the context of regions is in the Turkestan region (South region of the country)- 1 million 79 thousand, the smallest in the Ulytau region (Central Kazakhstan) – 108 thousand.
As for employment rates, the majority of men work in the industry – 16.8%, 14% – in wholesale and retail trade, auto repair, another 14% – in agriculture, forestry and fisheries.
Life expectancy for men is 70.2 years. The average age is 30.5 years. The average age of marriage is 28 years.
