The Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ozodbek Nazarbekov took part in the official opening ceremony of the Days of Shusha City, in Tashkent.
The event was organized as part of the announcement of the city of Shusha as the Cultural Capital of the Turkic World 2023 at the initiative of TURKSOY.
The guests and participants of the event watched with great interest the photo exhibition “Free and Prosperous Shusha”, held at the Azerbaijan Cultural Center named after Heydar Aliyev on the initiative of the International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation.
As the Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ozodbek Nazarbekov noted, this two-day event will acquaint the world with the rich culture, art, poetry and tourism opportunities of such corners of Azerbaijan as Karabakh and the city of Shusha, promote mutual exchange and enrichment of cultures.
